	CULTURAL Hall / CLASS ROOM BOOKING FORM (Click herer to view) Durga Temple has a beautifully built lower level. The main hall has a capacity of 270 people. One kitchen to warm the food A big serve-in area Two rooms for various purposes and rest-rooms. The whole lower unit is available for rent for your special occasions.

	The rental fees / rules are as follows: Rental Terms and the disclaimer (Click herer to view) For functions by registered non-profit organizations and those devoted for Hindu Religion, Education or Cultural activity, there is 40% discount on the rental charges. Please check with facility rental coordinator if some discount is applicable. All payments are due at the time of booking. Booking cannot be confirmed without payment. Refundable Security Deposit is $100. It will be returned if the facility is left in good condition with no damage or breakage, etc CULTURAL HALL BOOKING : (including set-up and cleaning time) $500 for 4 hours min. Add $100 for each additional hour. Class Room Rent: (including set-up and cleaning time) For each class room, $50 for 2 hours min. Add $20 for each additional hour. Any cost of repair or replacement of the damaged items (chairs, tables, kitchen items, etc.) will be charged
